Course Overview:
This course is designed as an introduction to the basics of music production, including songwriting, music theory, and the use of digital audio workstations (DAWs). Through a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on assignments, students will develop the skills necessary to create their own music using basic equipment.
By the end of the course, students will have a basic understanding of music theory and songwriting, as well as the skills necessary to use a DAW to create, edit, and mix their own music.
You will have one-on-one experience with an actual music producer to guide you from start to production.

Who is teaching this course?
This course is taught by our in-house music producer, Kennedy Liu, who has experience in producing music abroad and has published music in various platforms including Spotify.
When can I apply? What is the course schedule?
If you are interested in applying, we will place you on our waiting list. Once there are two or three students, we will arrange a start time and date that works well with all applicants.
How many classes are there?
This course consists of 10 weekly classes. Each class is 2 hours in length.
Will you learn how to publish music on Spotify?
Yes! After this course, you should be able to compose and produce your own music and publish it directly to Spotify. This course can be tailored to suit your individual needs if you would like to publish to other media sources.
Is this course held in person?
