Service Providers: As necessary, HMA may share your information with our service providers who provide us with support services, such as collecting donation information, processing credit card payments, and other electronic payments, email delivery, website hosting, and analytics services. These service providers are provided only the information needed to perform their specific function and are prohibited from using this information for any other purposes.

Posting on Our Websites/Social Media Platforms: If you post information on our social media platform(s) or website, the information you post may be seen by other visitors, including your user name and post.

While we strive to protect your personal information, LoR cannot warrant the security of any personal information you transmit to us or from our on-line services, and you do so at your own risk.

HMA has implemented and maintains reasonable and appropriate security measures, procedures and practices to protect against the loss and unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction or disclosure of your personal information while it is in our custody or under our control. For example, our employees sign confidentiality agreements and safeguards are in place to ensure that the information is not accessed, disclosed or shared more widely than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was gathered. We use password protocols and secure websites to protect personal and other information we receive when an online donation is made. Our software is routinely updated to maximize protection of such information.

We also limit access to your personal information to those employees, contractors and agents who have a business need to know. LoR keeps personal information only as long as it is needed for the reasons it was collected or as required by law, and we make reasonable efforts to ensure that any personal information you provide is maintained in a secure environment.

Collection And Use Of Non-Personal Information

We collect and use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, anonymously track donors’ movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.
